Impact/Failure Conclave

For the third edition of SELCO Foundation’s Impact / Failure Conclave, we produced a two-day event themed Shifting Sands: Paving the Path to 2030—a reflection on the evolving nature of systems and the role of failure in shaping them. Held at IIM Bangalore, the invite-only gathering featured keynotes, panels, and deep-dive sessions on climate, livelihoods, and healthcare, alongside experiential installations including audio pods, a string-art wall, and a mosaic of failure emotions. Each structure was custom-built under strict campus guidelines, while a live recording of sessions ensured broader accessibility. The conclave closed with a moving performance by Swarathma & Friends.
