Wedding Party at a Quarry

For this one-of-a-kind wedding cocktail party, we transformed an abandoned quarry with no built infrastructure into a fully-equipped event venue. With unpredictable natural conditions, encounters with wildlife, an uneven terrain, every element of the experience, from acoustics to access and guest movement, required careful planning. Large-scale projection mapping transformed the quarry’s rugged rock face into a dynamic visual canvas while boats, lining the periphery of the quarry, were used to uplight the lake and the surrounding cliffs. The evening featured catering by Single Thread, a high-energy set by DJ Ivan, and a spectacular fireworks display over the lake. The team relished the complexity of the site, delivering a seamless, high-impact event entirely from scratch.
