Embassy Leadership Conclave

For the annual Embassy Leadership Conclave, we delivered a three-day offsite at Jetwing Blue, Negombo, with a focused training program by Unbox and curated experiences for 60 senior leaders. The event featured locally inspired gifting, a structured agenda, and three distinct dinner themes—Flavours of Sri Lanka, a laid-back beach evening, and a formal Gala Night hosted at Virticle, Colombo. Each evening blended immersive design with regional flavours and entertainment, rounding off full days of learning and team connection. From logistics to cultural curation, the conclave balanced structure and downtime in a scenic setting designed to energise Embassy’s top leadership.
