REIT Occupier Connect 2025

For Embassy REIT’s annual flagship tenant engagement, we hosted 250 CXOs for an evening themed The Advent of AI—a blend of ideas, insight, and immersive experiences. The night opened with a stirring classical fusion set by the Niladri Kumar Ensemble, followed by a thought-provoking keynote by Nandan Nilekani. A panel on AI’s impact on India’s business landscape led into an engaging fireside chat with Rishad Premji, all staged on a dramatic split-LED backdrop. Interactive installations brought the theme to life, and the evening wrapped with a networking dinner and an electric performance by Rynosax & Band.
