Energize - Events to Engage & Inspire 2024-25

For the third edition of Energize, Embassy REIT’s year-long employee engagement programme, we executed a multi-city calendar of activities across nine office parks in four cities. The 2024–25 edition featured two flagship formats: EnergizeOlympics, a multi-sport tournament with indoor and outdoor games like Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, Cricket, and Football; and Embassy Office Parks’ Got Talent, a campus-wide talent showcase. Offered free of cost to all office park users, the programme blended healthy competition and cultural expression to drive engagement, build community, and reinforce Energize as a key tenant experience initiative across the portfolio.
