Golden Jubilee Celebrations for PES University

For the Golden Jubilee of PES University, we executed a four-day celebration for students, alumni, and faculty across the university campus. The programme comprised a Speakers Conclave by day and large-scale musical evenings, featuring performances by Abby V, Sandhya Kumar’s Sur Sandhya, Kailash Kher, and Shankar Mahadevan. A concert-style stage—complete with event themed truss branding and professional-grade sound, lighting and visuals—brought the scale and energy of a stadium show to a university setting. Artist hospitality for high-profile acts and crowd management for thousands of attendees were seamlessly handled across all four days.
