Launch of Hilton Hotels

For the launch of Hilton Hotels Bengaluru Embassy Manyata, we produced a black-tie gala for 1,000 invited guests. The evening opened with a grand piano interlude, leading into addresses by Hilton President Alan Watts and Embassy Group Chairman Jitu Virwani. A symbolic key handover on a hydraulic lift set the stage—literally—for what came next: a kabuki drop that revealed a hidden second stage. This transition marked the start of a high-energy entertainment set, with aerial acts by Omaggio and live music by Mikey McCleary’s The Bartender. With guests flown in from across the country, the event balanced precise showcraft with a sense of occasion.
